Course: A challenging, scenic 10-mile loop with plenty of hills through King of Prussia, beginning and ending at Heuser Park on Beidler Rd. Course is USATF certified (PA #08002WB). 5K course is an out-and-back on Beidler Rd. Race Marshals will be on the course to direct runners/walkers.
Timing: A large-readout digital clock will be at the start/finish line, and another will be at the 5-mile mark.
Water Stops: Water will be available at miles 2, 4, 6 and 8. Water and other refreshments will be at the start/finish area in Heuser Park.
Team Competition: There will be a competition for the top team in the 10 mile race. Simply pay the entry fee and fill out a registration form for each member, and remember to write the team name on the bottom of the form. There is no limit on the number of runners on a team; however, only the first three team members will score. Finishing places will be added together; lowest score wins.
Awards: Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 men and women overall, as well as the first-place finisher in each of the following age groups (no duplication of awards): 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over A plaque will also be awarded to the winning team.
Entry Fee and Registration : 10 Mile Run $25 if postmarked by May 15 $30 if postmarked after May 15 $35 on race day
5K Run or Walk $15 if postmarked by May 15 $20 if postmarked after May 15 $25 on race day
